| Renter: | Resident or with Temporary Address in Greece |
| 19 years for A & B / 21years for C, D & E / 24 years for A1, B1, C1 and C2 categories | |
| Driving License: | A valid driver`s license from the country of residence or an International Driving license |
| Valid driving license for the corresponding motorbike Category | |
| Valid driving license issued for at least one year | |
| Duration: | One Day Contract (24 hours) minimum |
| Mileage: | Free mileage for Categories: A, B , C & D |
| 250Km per Day Free for Categories E, A1, B1, C1 & C2 | |
| Extra charge per Each Extra kilometer (over the 250km daily free allowance) pls consult Price List | |
| Gasoline: | At Customer's charge (flat tires too) |
| Insurance: | All contracts supplied with a Third Party Insurance Policy |
| Damages to the bike are paid by the Customer | |
| In case of theft, the bike is paid or replaced by the Customer | |
| ALL bikes are provided with steering lock & extra locking chain | |
| Safety: | ALL bikes are promptly serviced & maintained |
| Motor oil & Greasing provided by Motorent | |
| Helmet for the driver, provided by Motorent upon availability | |
| Road maps provided upon request & availability | |
| Road Assistance: | FREE 24 hours Road Assistance all over mainland (not available on some islands) |
| Replacement of bike in case of serious mechanical breakdown | |
| Fines: | Customer is responsible for all traffic fines |
| Payment: | In Cash or Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard & American Express) with 3% Bank Commission overcharge |
